Client is seeking a Mid-Level SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) Consultant with 4-7 years of experience in SAP integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing, developing, monitoring, and supporting interfaces using SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP PI/PO, and related middleware technologies.

The consultant will be responsible for delivering integration solutions between SAP and non‑SAP applications, supporting complex enterprise landscapes, and ensuring stable, secure, and efficient data exchange across business systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and support integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO).
- Develop and maintain synchronous and asynchronous interfaces between SAP and third‑party applications.
- Configure and support:
- Integration Directory
- Enterprise Services Repository (ESR)
- Communication Channels
- Integrated Configurations (ICO)
- Business Systems and Communication Components
- Develop message mappings, graphical mappings, Java mappings, and XSLT transformations.
- Monitor interface execution and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Support EDI, IDoc, SOAP, REST, XML, RFC, JDBC, SFTP, and Proxy‑based interfaces.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and provide integration solution recommendations.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, interface testing, cutover,



and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, Basis teams, developers, and external vendors.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Follow ITIL‑based incident, change, and problem management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-7 years of SAP PI/PO or SAP Process Orchestration experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and middleware concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with:
- SAP PI/PO
- Integration Directory
- Message Monitoring
- Interface Development
- Experience developing and supporting:
- IDocs
- RFCs
- Proxies
- SOAP Services
- REST Services
- XML Interfaces
- File Interfaces
- Knowledge of:
- Message Mapping
- Graphical Mapping
- XSLT
- Adapter Configuration
- Experience troubleshooting interface failures and performance issues.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work with integral support and project teams.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or SAP BTP Integration.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
- Experience with EDI standards such as:
- ANSI X12
- EDIFACT
- Knowledge of:
- API Integrations
- Cloud Integrations
- Familiarity with SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework).
- Experience with Client or other ITSM platforms.
