Johnson Controls seeks a Lean Transformation lead at the Durango site to own the Lean Journey for one engineered-to-order value stream. You will report to the Business System Director and partner with the Focus Factory Manager to implement JCBS across the plant.
Responsibilities include coaching front-line leaders, conducting time studies, driving Kaizen events, and building a sustainable Daily Management system. A strong Lean background and communication skills are essential.
