Senior Manager / Practice Lead - Senior | Remote

Are you ready to lead the growth of an Adobe-focused technology practice?

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Practice Lead with strong experience in digital transformation, customer experience and enterprise technology to drive business growth, strategic client engagements and high-performing teams.

What you’ll do:

- Lead and grow an Adobe-focused practice, defining capabilities, offerings and go-to-market initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline development.
- Lead complex transformation programs and ensure delivery excellence.
- Shape enterprise MarTech architectures and transformation roadmaps.
- Guide solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud and integrated CRM ecosystems.
- Establish governance, technical standards and scalable delivery practices.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and develop senior talent.
- Translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, MarTech or enterprise technology.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform.




- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Target, Campaign or Experience Manager.
- Strong understanding of MarTech architectures, customer data, personalization and marketing automation.
- Salesforce experience, particularly Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, is highly preferred.
- Strong business development and executive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience managing financials, budgets, staffing, risks and delivery across multiple engagements.
- Advanced English.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2
- Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude

Location & Schedule:

- Remote work from Mexico
- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
- Advanced English skills are mandatory.
