- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical panels, sensors, drives, HMIs, and automation equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Support production by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic and control systems when required.
- Execute equipment inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO, EHS regulations, and company maintenance standards.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and production equipment.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment performance and process stability.
