Production and Workshop Organization Coordinator (New Opening)

A key role within Eléctrica Industrial Mireles (EIM), responsible for organizing, supervising, and directly overseeing workshop operations. This position acts as the bridge between executive management and the production floor, ensuring that all workstations and processes run in an orderly, efficient manner aligned with established priorities.The individual will be responsible for maintaining full visibility over production status, identifying deviations, reporting progress and incidents, and directly executing directives from management. This role serves as the “operational eyes” on the shop floor.

- Organize and supervise daily workshop operations.
- Provide close follow-up across all areas, workstations, and processes.
- Monitor progress, timelines, priorities, and order fulfillment.
- Detect delays, errors, rework, or material shortages.
- Consistently report progress and incidents to executive management.
- Ensure that each work area has the required materials, information, and correct workflow sequence.
- Execute and enforce direct instructions from leadership.
- Maintain order, control, and operational discipline.

- Foundational knowledge of production control, processes, or quality management.
- Ability to lead and guide operational personnel.
- Basic experience managing reports, logbooks, or operational systems.
