Flex in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Mold Maker Leader to supervise maintenance and tooling operations for injection molds. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead Toolmakers, coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance, and support new mold launches and engineering changes.
The adecuado candidate has a mechanical engineering degree, experience with injection molding tooling, strong English communication, and proven leadership.
