Job DescriptionTax ComplianceCollaborate in the preparation and timely submission of all tax filing obligations while adhering to regulatory requirementsAssist in addressing tax authority queries in a timely and efficient mannerPrepare and file all required Mexican tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other local taxesMaintain accurate working papers and documentation in accordance with department policy and tax authority requirementsManage the SAT portal, submit DIOT applications, obtain tax certificates, and draft or interpret tax opinionsReporting and AnalysisPerform reconciliations of tax accounts, addressing discrepancies and providing accurate reports to stakeholdersAssist with tax pack preparation and submissionPrepare and ensure Internal Controls (RACM) are applied with evidential support stored as requiredCompliance & Audit SupportAssist in tax audits and inquiries from Mexican tax authorities, including preparation of responses, documentation, and communicationInternal CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and legal, to provide tax guidance and supportBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key business partnersQualificationsRequired QualificationsEducation & Professional CredentialsRecognized professional qualification in Tax and AccountingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax,
