We are looking for a Transfer Coordinator Agent to join our incoming agency in Cancun, Mexico to reinforce our team in the destination.
As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer services, having a close relationship with an important hotelier to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents. If you enjoy provide exceptional customer service and coordinate transfer services and is like a game for you, we are waiting to meet you.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Management and control of transfers in Cancun, Mexico.
- Communication with providers and hoteliers.
- Management of claims and incidents.
- Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
- Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes in Cancun, Mexico.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position or concierge position will be valued.
- Advanced level of English.
- Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our In-house Operational Systems.
- Good knowledge of Cancun, Mexico and important locations in the destination.
- Studies of Tourism or related fields.
- Strong coordination, teamwork, and guest service skills.
- Previous experience coordinating ground transportation services is highly valued.
