Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol seeks a Stewarding Manager to lead the Stewarding Department in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring clean back-of-house areas and compliant sanitation standards.
You will optimize inventory, manage costs, and collaborate with kitchens, outlets and banquets to provide spotless equipment and seamless service in line with Hyatt's brand expectations.
A degree in hospitality and 3–4 years of luxury hospitality leadership, plus advanced English, are preferred.
