About the RoleThe Senior Compliance Analyst supports the Compliance Manager in developing, executing,



and maintaining Barry Callebaut's import and export trade compliance program across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role helps ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations, supports audits and government inquiries, and works closely with customs brokers and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain effective trade compliance controls and processes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support compliance with domestic and international import and export regulations across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Provide day-to-day guidance on trade compliance matters, including tariff classification, valuation, FTAs, customs broker management, and export compliance.
- Assist in developing and deploying import and export compliance programs, procedures, and internal controls.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable trade laws, regulations, licensing, and permit requirements.
- Support customs compliance programs for ocean, air, and truck shipments across US/CAN/
