Partner with plant leadership to drive HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Lead end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and talent development.
Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and demographics to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure labor compliance, employee engagement, change management, and deployment of general HR programs and policies.

5+ years of Human Resources experience
Bachelors degree completed (must)
Advanced English (must)
Experience in high-growth manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
Strong Labor Relations experience
Experience partnering directly with Production, Operations and Plant Leadership teams
Experience in succession planning, talent assessment and organizational development
Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced). HRIS Systems. Workforce Management Systems Manufacturing ERP Systems (preferred)

Offer: $65,000-$75,000 gross monthly + Superior Benefits
