You’ll review CFE, CENACE, interconnection, utility, permitting, and project documentation to support substation energization and turnover requirements.

You’ll identify contractual obligations, limitations, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions needed to regularize substation sites for utility acceptance.





You’ll develop asset-specific strategies for substation acceptance, turnover, contribution, donation, recognition, or transfer processes.

You’ll define documentation packages and acceptance criteria required by CFE and CENACE, including legal, land, permitting, appraisal, registry, and technical requirements.

You’ll translate complex utility, legal, and regulatory requirements into actionable requests for contractors, engineers, permitting teams, legal teams, and project stakeholders.

You’ll coordinate with municipal authorities, DROs, permitting agencies, notaries, public registries, utility representatives, external counsel, and internal project teams.

You’ll manage and assess contractor deliverables, including as-built drawings, site plans, surveys, commissioning evidence, and technical documentation supporting turnover readiness.
