Bluelight is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge clients, product, and engineering. You will run discovery, map processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure what gets built solves the intended problems.
You will work on client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, helping scope and estimate projects while ensuring alignment with SOC 2 and other compliance needs.
