Key Duties And Responsibilities Lead, ensure and maintain an environment in compliance with Safety and Health standards.
Responsible for generating and following up on Risk Assessment and leading Risk Mitigation.
Responsible for ensuring indicators through the BSC (Qro) SMR (Jrz).
Responsible for meeting Index Rates objectives and generating containment and solutions.
Responsible for compliance with safety standards.
Responsible for Gemba and 5S audits.
Responsible for generating a safe environment by promoting safety best practices.
Responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are followed in their areas.
Generate and maintain a work environment consistent with BRP culture.
Responsible for applying internal work standards and/or policies.
Responsible for taking actions to meet turnover, absenteeism and HI targets.
Responsible for ensuring their team's participation in all training assigned for their development,
as well as providing proper follow-up throughout the process.
Responsible for the PMP and PDP processes of their team when applicable.
Responsible for generating a work environment based on trust, respect and teamwork.
Responsible for keeping their team motivated.
Become a constant promoter of BRP Values.
Responsible for Payroll.
Manage KPIs and implement the appropriate action plan when necessary.
Responsible for understanding the participation and impact on the area's KPIs, specifically those resulting from their team's performance.
Responsible for leading or assigning the appropriate PSP when a KPI objective is not met.
Responsible for communicating area results to their team.
Provide, ensure and maintain quality standards.
Responsible for quality in their area.
Trigger improvement activities.
Own quality in their area.
Responsible for respecting and enforcing the processes and standards established in the Quality System.
Compliance with the production plan.
Responsible for following and respecting the production plan.
Responsible for generating and maintaining synergy between departments to achieve objectives.
Responsible for optimizing the use of resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
Provide, ensure and maintain BRPMS tools.
Responsible for following BRPMS tools and their implementation in their areas. Ensure a Lean culture with their teams. Add coach.
Manage the budget, seeking resource efficiency.
Responsible for monitoring Direct Labor and distributing it within their areas while respecting line balancing.
Responsible for overtime management and proper utilization.
Responsible for Tool Crib expenses according to budget.
Responsible for following the SCRAP procedure.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements established for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
Comply with the safety rules established according to their role.
Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
