The role of the Product Manager is to provide expert support to country and regional teams engaged in the sales and implementation teams.

The individual will take overall responsibility for the Core Trade Products at a local and regional level. This includes the delivery of agreed initiatives, product specific development, maintenance of the control environment, portfolio management and,



marketing and managing specific country enquiries.This includes responsibility for existing products and develop and rollout of new services including Sustainability product solutions.

Main responsabilities:
- Lead and deliver strategic Product plans to grow the GTS Business
- Preparing and discuss with the relevant Risk Stewards proper governance package (Business Case) for any product/ initiative roll out.
- Ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements to any new regulations in the product area.
- Develop and execute on key strategic initiatives and programmes that will influence delivery of solutions to our customers across Wholesale
- Ensure alignment across all regions and provide support to other teams as required
- Develop and deliver the product development strategy for GTS and work in partnership with technology to implement any strategic initiatives that may improve access to the market and maximise underlying revenue by meeting customer needs
