Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.

Reporting to the Senior Product Engineer the Product Engineer is responsible for receiving, evaluating, customizing, and implementing all technical information and product documentation from customers related to New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, and engineering changes. Ensures that manufacturing processes are established and maintained while preserving product design integrity, quality, reliability, and performance. Supports electronic products and rack‑level assemblies while driving continuous improvement initiatives through Agile methodologies and MES systems.

What a typical day looks like:
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities from customer to manufacturing.
- Evaluate customer documentation, engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
