Job Responsibilities \* Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and human resources, to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives. \* Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant performance, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. \* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability. \* Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. \* Manage plant budgets, financial performance, and capital expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and investment. \* Drive operational excellence through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
