Qualfon is seeking an HR Generalist to provide daily transactional HR support to business units on-site in a high-volume call center environment. You will work under the site HR Manager, handling data management, onboarding/offboarding, and leave processes.
Preferred candidates have 3–5 years in HR, strong communication, and experience with ADP or SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on policy adherence and employee relations.
