We are seeking a skilled IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure, enhance, and support identity governance solutions that strengthen access management and compliance across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with compliance and business stakeholders to drive governance initiatives, improve access certification processes, and support role engineering efforts that reduce risk and improve visibility into identity and access management practices.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and enhance SailPoint IdentityNow to support new identity governance use casesSupport access certification campaigns and improve their accuracy and efficiencyContribute to role engineering efforts to reduce access sprawl and improve governance visibilityPartner with compliance teams to ensure IGA processes support SOX, PCI-DSS, and NIST-aligned control testingDocument configuration changes and maintain operational runbooksRequirements2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (the cloud IGA solution), not IdentityIQ aloneUnderstanding of identity governance concepts including access certification, role-based access control,
