Essential Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Promote a strong safety culture by engaging employees and leaders in HSE initiatives and safe work practices.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Monitor compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and company requirements.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and site personnel.
- Support risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and implementation of risk mitigation measures.
- Maintain required HSE records, reports, permits, and documentation.
- Track and analyze HSE performance metrics and recommend improvement actions.
- Partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, health, and environmental performance.




- Support emergency preparedness programs, drills, and response planning activities.
- Participate in internal and external HSE audits as required.

Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant HSE experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety principles, hazard identification, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience conducting incident investigations and corrective action follow-up.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting safety training and employee awareness programs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic English
