Como Técnico de Almacén, desempeñarás un papel clave para garantizar la disponibilidad, precisión y trazabilidad de los materiales que soportan nuestras operaciones y el servicio a nuestros clientes. Serás responsable de mantener el control integral de los inventarios, asegurando que cada producto esté correctamente almacenado, identificado y localizado dentro del almacén. Tu liderazgo contribuirá al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y mejora continua. Además, impulsarás una cultura de excelencia operativa mediante el uso de herramientas de mejora continua, promoviendo la precisión de inventarios, entregas oportunas y una experiencia positiva para clientes internos y externos.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervisar las operaciones diarias del almacén y coordinar al equipo para asegurar un flujo eficiente de materiales y el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos.

Gestionar entradas, salidas y movimientos de inventario para mantener una alta precisión de stock y total trazabilidad de los productos.

Verificar las condiciones de almacenamiento y los controles de calidad para garantizar la integridad y disponibilidad de los materiales.





Resolver reclamaciones de clientes internos y externos mediante análisis de causa raíz y acciones correctivas que prevengan recurrencias.

Aplicar herramientas de mejora continua, estándares de seguridad y metodologías de desempeño para impulsar productividad, cumplimiento y excelencia operativa.

What We're Looking For

Experiencia en operaciones de almacén, control de inventarios y manejo de materiales.

Preparatoria termina o Carrera técnica en almacén

Conocimiento y manejo de SAP para transacciones y control de inventarios.

Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y Power BI para análisis, seguimiento e indicadores de desempeño.

Enfoque en resultados, sentido de responsabilidad, capacidad de análisis y actitud proactiva.
