Textron Aviation is launching a 9-month Sales Development Program in Mexico and Brazil. The Sales Operations Associate will rotate through eight functions, gaining hands-on experience in sales operations, customer experience, and product knowledge for jets, turboprops, and pistons.
Training starts in Wichita, KS, with later rotations in the region. Upon completion, successful candidates may interview for field-based roles based in Mexico or Brazil, expanding regional exposure and career growth
