This position coordinates, manages, and ensures the proper execution of wellness activities, talks, and programs for international accounts and initiatives. Will be responsible for ensuring global quality standards,



managing operational relationships with speakers and instructors, coordinating translations, and adapting outcomes to meet each client’s requirements.
- Coordination and management of wellness activities at the integral and local levels:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of talks, workshops, and wellness activities for international clients.
- Schedule, oversee, and ensure compliance with the annual sessions agreed upon with specific accounts.
- Supervision and Quality Control:
- Oversee and ensure the proper technical, operational, and conceptual execution of talks and activities in real time.
- Management of Materials, Translations, and Customization:
- Request the creation of presentations from the international team.
- Review materials and translated versions to make customizations (integration of additional services, adaptation to specific client templates).
- Coordination of Healthcare Trade Shows and Special Event
