Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems, to lead token architecture and scalable component libraries for multiple US clients. This is a senior, systems-first role focused on building robust design systems rather than one-off pages.
You will work in a remote Latin America setup, collaborate across brands, and ensure design tokens, modes, and semantic naming flow from design to development.
