Main Responsibilities:

Analyze purchasing requirements generated by the MRP system and prepare purchase orders.

Schedule and follow up on material deliveries.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, lead times, and potential supply disruptions.

Keep purchase order information, including dates, quantities, prices, and status, updated in the ERP system.

Ensure timely material availability to prevent production downtime or delays.

Follow up on delayed materials and changes to production plans.

Support quotation processes, cost-saving initiatives, negotiations, and alternative supplier evaluations.

Coordinate with Quality regarding the return of non-conforming materials to suppliers.

Work closely with Production, Master Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Service, among other departments.





Support the preparation and follow-up of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in related areas.

Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Experience working with ERP systems.

Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and processes.

Experience with domestic and international purchasing, follow-up, and logistics.

Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.

Willingness to travel.

Valid U.S. Visa and Mexican Passport.
