Merchandiser
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Comply with the itinerary of visits in accordance with the work plan.

Loading and unloading of merchandise.

Shelf arrangement, execution of the planogram (maintenance, order,



cleaning, rearrangement, frontage).

Make orders for the store from own cedis to store.

Correct communication of prices and signs.

Additional Responsibilities:

Negotiate in store.

Support in promotional actions.

Information report of predefined KPI`s.

Report of competition activities (promotions, new products, etcetera).

Clarifications to the client, acting as a seller with the consumer.

Qualifications

Professional Experience and Education

High school completed.

At least 1 year of experience in field sales and merchandising functions.

Specific Knowledge

Basic knowledge in inventories.

Proactivity and a focus on innovation

Negotiation and problem-solving skills

Customer service.
