El Analista de Compensaciones El puesto estará ubicado en Ciudad de México en nuestra oficina de Ciudad de México / Argentina en nuestra oficina de CABA / Chile en nuestra oficina de Santiago.
Responsabilidades Desarrolla, implementa y administra políticas, procedimientos, prácticas y programas de remuneración e incentivos.
Responsable de analizar tendencias del mercado laboral, evaluar puestos y administrar estructuras salariales para asegurar la competitividad y equidad interna.
Actúa como consultor interno en temas de compensación, brindando recomendaciones a líderes y equipos de Recursos Humanos, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y de las políticas corporativas.
Participa en revisiones organizacionales y en el diseño de estrategias de compensación alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.
Colabora con la dirección de Recursos Humanos para desarrollar iniciativas competitivas que impulsen las estrategias de negocio.
Puede ser responsable de la remuneración de ejecutivos, los planes de incentivos y la administración de opciones sobre acciones.
Puede preparar e impartir comunicaciones para los empleados y programas de capacitación.




Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín.
2 años de experiencia en Compensaciones y Beneficios, participando en análisis salarial, evaluación de puestos, estructuras de compensación y administración de incentivos.
Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
Conocimiento de compensación variable, tabuladores salariales y estudios de mercado.
Inglés intermedio / avanzado.
Ubicación de la vacante: Ciudad de México, Argentina o Chile.
