You will drive the production plan, monitor Turnaround Time targets, and oversee a workflow including Sandblast, Blend, EDM, CNC, Manual Lathe, Braze Weld, and TIG Welding.
You should have a Bachelor’s in engineering and either recent graduates with leadership potential or 1+ years leading technical teams in metal-mechanic or MRO
