role overview

micro1 is engaging creative & design specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, ui/ux, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

you'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve ai-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for ai training. prior paid experience in human-data work for ai models is required. experience only using ai tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

scope of work

- complete structured creative tasks using tools such as figma, canva, adobe after effects, davinci resolve, coreldraw, clo3d, camtasia, adobe lightroom, mural, milanote, and behance .
- evaluate ai-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism .
- review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
- provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on ai-generated content.
- document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
- assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.




- follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

preferred qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, ui/ux, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
- proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
- verified, paid experience in ai human-data work , including data labeling, annotation, rlhf, ai output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
- strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
- strong written and verbal english communication skills (b2 level or above ).
- no formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
- ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
- reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
