About the role of Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience, is the responsible for welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and serving as a key liaison between guests and various departments throughout their stay.
What you will do:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in/check-out process.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the resort’s booking system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding bookings, resort services, and guest inquiries.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Assist in promoting resort events, spa services, and dining option
