HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth, and profitable expansion. You will divide time between running HoopStars and building the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team across brands, with LATAM remote work and Toronto hours.
You will own budgets, growth initiatives and customer experience, ensuring campaigns translate into revenue, repeat enrollments and sustainable margins. Potential relocation to US/Canada may follow.
