EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Backend/Distributed Systems Engineer to build and operate high-performance, scalable services that interact with distributed storage systems. You will lead design and implementation work, and collaborate across integral time zones.
You will design scalable backend services, build Rust components, and develop RPC interfaces with gRPC or Thrift. Expect on-call duties, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational improvements across cloud-native environments.
