Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of assigned components. Maintain and monitor Master Data ; review and update essential planning information in the system to ensure Oracle effectively plans future requirements. Work closely with Customer Service to meet the Build Plan . Collaborate with Expeditors, Quality, Engineering, and Production Leaders to identify problem areas and propose solutions. Expedite and follow up on orders as needed. Identify presente and potential delivery issues and take proactive actions to prevent past-due orders , both internally and externally. Verify the accuracy of information in the MRP system , including part numbers, BOMs , and part costs; report any discrepancies to the appropriate teams. Perform day-to-day material planning activities for assigned suppliers. Understand and utilize MRP reports to order components required for production and ensure appropriate delivery dates. Manage Work Orders and Job Orders .



Complete special projects and assignments as requested. Coordinate NCRs, RMAs, and RTVs with customers and Quality Assurance (QA) . Coordinate with Production to ensure execution of the Build Plan. Manage and coordinate Expeditors to ensure successful execution of the Build Plan. Participate in production meetings. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field . 3+ years of proven experience in the same or a similar role, preferably in planning within a manufacturing environment ; experience in the metal-mechanical industry is desirable. Knowledge of APICS principles and MRP systems . Experience using Oracle . Proficient in Microsoft Office , with advanced Excel skills . Proactive, with excellent communication skills .
