Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time role based in Querétaro, QUE, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, responding to client inquiries,



and supporting customers with their equipment and spare parts sourcing needs. The Sales Associate will prepare quotes, follow up on leads, manage orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer relationships, updating CRM records, monitoring order status, and providing clear communication to clients regarding product availability, pricing, and lead times. The role also involves collaborating with the operations and sourcing teams to address urgent or complex requests and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with industrial customers.
