REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of experience in Manager / Senior-level commercial roles, preferably within retail, beauty, fashion, technology, or consumer goods.
• Proven experience working with Liverpool and El Palacio de Hierro in Mexico, either managing them as key accounts or holding commercial roles within these companies, is required.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on growth, profitability, and results.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market and commercial performance data into business decisions.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.




• Experience working with cross-functional teams and within international organizations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the commercial strategy and relationship with key accounts such as Liverpool and El Palacio de Hierro, as well as other strategic retailers and partners.
• Develop new channels and business opportunities across retail, e-commerce, and marketplaces.
• Lead commercial negotiations, promotions, launches, and growth plans with strategic customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
• Set and monitor sales targets, forecasts, budgets, and key commercial KPIs.
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure effective execution of the commercial strategy.
