We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build production features across .NET, React, and Azure using an AI-native engineering workflow.
NET, C#, React, Type Script, and Azure using an agentic first engineering workflow.
Prioritize functional V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT or demo readiness before optional optimization or tooling work.
Use the required AI Skill consistently and route proposed workflow improvements without displacing committed delivery.
Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and validation.
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences across the platform.
4+ years of experience working as a software engineer .
~ NET 8 or 9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and PostgreSQL .
~ Recent production experience with React and Type Script in component based applications.
~ Strong Azure experience, including production deployment and operational ownership.
~ Advanced experience in AI Tooling, AI harness development, Agent AI testing and benchmarking, Memory layer integration, and MCP development .
~ Ability to translate a product objective into executable agent work, coordinate multiple agents when useful, and verify generated output through builds, tests,



runtime checks, and product behavior.
~ Ability to work within a defined AI Skill and governance model while proposing bounded improvements through the agreed route.
~ Senior product judgment, comfort with changing requirements, and the ability to deliver functional V1 outcomes at a high pace.
~ Experience with multi tenant SaaS , service boundaries, automated testing, delivery pipelines, and production validation.
~ Reliable United States Eastern Time overlap for a full time engagement.

~ Ability to demonstrate the agentic workflow in a live AI coding exercise and explain tool selection, context management, failure handling, verification, and limitations.

Python and FastAPI production experience.
Healthcare, HIPAA, financial services, or another regulated data environment.
Azure Service Bus or another asynchronous and event driven messaging platform.
Terraform, Azure Entra ID, Azure Dev Ops, and enterprise identity patterns.
