SAP HCM Consultant As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Success Factors Performance Management, leading complex configuration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.

You will partner with HR, business, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring best practices, system stability, and continuous improvement across global environments.

Your Role Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP Success Factors Performance Management solutions.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.

Drive system enhancements, upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.

Provide expert guidance on Performance & Goals and integration points with Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Central.

Support integral implementations, process harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design reviews and best practices.

Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project risks, recommendations, and outcomes.

Support Agile delivery and Dev Ops practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile8+ years of hands-on SAP Success Factors Performance Management experience.



SAP Success Factors Performance Management Certification preferred.

Experience delivering solutions for large, global organizations.

Experience working in Agile environments.
