They provide technical assistance for everyday issues, ensuring users can access courses, complete assignments, manage content, and stay connected to their learning experience without disruption.

Supporting customers from universities around the world, you’ll rely on strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and communication skills to deliver clear, accurate support by phone. Because the platform is used globally, many interactions can feel time-sensitive or high-impact, making your calm, professional approach essential.

If you want to work remotely, we will need the following:

- Advanced English, Spanish, and French with the ability to provide clear written and spoken responses in all 3 languages
- Good problem-solving skills




- Your own equipment running on Windows 11 or higher
- Minimum Internet 50Mbps Download and 20 mbps Upload with Ethernet conection (We will help you test your equipment during the application process!)
- USB noise cancellation headset, 2 monitors, and working camera
