Bilingual English & Portuguese Speaking Legal Assistant | On-Site Guadalajara

IMPORTANT: This is a fully bilingual position. Advanced English is required, along with fluent Portuguese. Candidates who do not have English & Portuguese proficiency will not be considered.

We are currently looking for a Portuguese & English Speaking Legal Assistant to join our Guadalajara team.

Requirements

- Fluent Portuguese, including speaking, writing, and reading.
- Conversational to fluent English, including strong spoken communication.
- Basic Spanish is required.
- 100% in-office position. Must currently live in Guadalajara or the surrounding metropolitan area.
- High School Diploma.
- 6 months or more of experience in a similar position.
- Basic computer skills.
- CV must be submitted in English.

Some of Your Activities

- Perform administrative tasks and provide general office support.
- Assist with legal documentation.



No litigation.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide updates and follow up with clients.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information by phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate with clients in Portuguese and English as needed.
