The Training Manager will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and implementing all of our training programs. They will work closely with our Trainers and other site managers daily to ensure the quality of all programs and to execute and deliver world-class training for all of our teammates and future leaders.

Job Responsibilities

- Adherence to company policies on ethics and integrity.
- Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the TaskUs training departments site wide initiatives
- Drive campaign specific training programs
- Create and maintain necessary materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development
- Pioneer all campaign specific training needs and programs within the organization
- Proactively explore the specific needs of every department and campaign to develop trainings as needed
- Propose and publish training calendars with objectives
- Plan training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems. Work directly with teams and communicate effectively.
- Maintain performance excellence in trainers delivery through frequent observation and feedback
- Lead, inspire and provide positive and constructive coaching and feedback to learners.
- Review and analyze results from training classes- identify trends/patterns to improving learning experience, KPI metrics, throughput.
- Create and maintain training methodologies for the training department: Find innovative ways to enhance the training experience
- Maintain strong partnership with cross functional departments (QA, TA, WFM, Ops, HR, etc)
- Partner with functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs and gaps aligned with business needs, while cultivating a culture of learning.
- Ensure that the curriculum is tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System




- Establish metrics and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments within the business, recommending and implementing enhancements to programs and processes as needed.
- Identify gaps and recommend and create scalable learning solutions to improve learner’s retention, job performance and the overall employee experience.
- Demonstrates effective communication, presentation, media applications, questioning, conflict resolution, and employee management skills.
- Responsible for ensuring all employees that graduate from classroom training are able to effectively handle customer contacts creating positive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty while meeting contractual compliance and metric requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Five years of training experience
- Two years as training manager experience (preferred)
- Three years of BPO Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per month
