Main Activities
Manages all of the activities related to the introduction of a new product or service at the Site including
transfers from other manufacturing sites.
Manages projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project
performance.
Ensures project completion on time, within budget, and meeting the quality metrics established.
Monitor launch performance metrics and drive actions to achieve production readiness targets.
Responsibilities of the position
1. Serve as the technical focal point during new product implementation and manufacturing readiness
activities.
2. Work multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Assists with project assessments.
4. Assists with the definition and development of project scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets, and
timelines for all projects.
5. Manages resources to make sure the schedule is on track.
6. Monitors adherence to project plan and budgets; escalates issues Management.
7. Assists with analyzing risks and making suggestions for mitigation.
8. Clear documentation of project status and highlights

Assists in communications and/or negotiations with internal or external customers.
10. Coordinate industrialization, process development, and validation activities for new programs.
Skills
Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred (Process, Test, Quality, Product).
Detail Oriented.
Customer focused mindset.
Good communication skills internal and external.
Knowledge of PCBA assembly processes, SMT, wave soldering, test, and electronic manufacturing
technologies.
Core Tools preferred.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
More than 2 years of experience
Bilingual English - Spanish
