Role Purpose

The Sourcing Marketing & Corporate Travel Consultant is responsible for delivering strategic sourcing and procurement services across marketing, media, advertising, production, and corporate travel categories. The role partners with clients and stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, lead competitive sourcing events, and negotiate commercial agreements that deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and continuous improvement while supporting client business objectives across regional and global markets.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across marketing, media, advertising, production, and corporate travel categories.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define sourcing strategies, and deliver procurement solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract award processes.




- Conduct market analysis, supplier research, benchmarking, and spend analysis to support data-driven sourcing decisions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and commercial outcomes.
- Provide category expertise and market insights across marketing services, media buying, corporate travel, meetings and events, and related supplier categories.
- Support supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, supplier innovations, and emerging opportunities within marketing and corporate travel markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to support successful sourcing outcomes.

- Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.
- Experience sourcing marketing, media, advertising, production, corporate travel, meetings and events,



or related professional services categories.
- Proven experience managing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management activities.
- Strong understanding of marketing services, media buying, and corporate travel supplier markets.
- Experience conducting spend analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Experience working with procurement systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
