ELD Champ supports Engineering Learning & Development (ELD) strategic initiatives and partnering with Product Development functional teams to support key competency training/learning solutions.

Responsibilities

- Support the creation, modification, and management of HCM course requests.

- Design and maintain the ELD Analytics reporting system.

- Maintain communication channels and trigger weekly communications, incorporating the latest learning strategies and events.

- Host and provide support before, during, and after onsite events (e.g., PD Talks, Tech Shows), co-leading supplier touchpoints and streamlining workflows.

- Develop and implement process efficiencies for ELD (e.g., Supplier Directory, e-Learning Self-Service).

- Support the ELD team with ad-hoc or emergent requests.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or currently in the final year of university. Preferred degree fields:



Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Engineering, or Business.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote).
- Data analysis and visualization skills (knowledge of Power BI or Alteryx is a plus).
- Familiarity with programming languages (PowerApps, Power Automate, or Visual Basic).
- Project management skills with the ability to communicate project plans and status updates using appropriate tools.
- Team player with strong collaborative decision-making skills; ability to build relationships, establish trust, and achieve alignment across the organization.
- Passion for learning and continuing education.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to evolve projects from ambiguity into a defined, actionable plan.
