Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the Role: At Skyline Payments, we empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by delivering payment solutions that enhance their growth and operational efficiency. We are seeking a Sales Manager who will focus on developing our remote SDR teams by enhancing their cold calling, lead generation, and discovery skills. The idóneo candidate will create and implement tailored sales playbooks, review and analyze recorded calls, and provide ongoing coaching on best practices for objection handling, pipeline creation, and lead qualification.
This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven results, including increased conversion rates, qualified meetings, and outbound-sourced revenue.
What you'll do:
Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team, with a strong emphasis on training, coaching, and skill development.
Develop and refine sales playbooks, talk tracks, and training modules focused on cold calling, lead generation, objection handling, negotiation, and sales scripting.
Oversee daily sales operations, establish team goals, and monitor performance metrics.
Conduct regular call reviews to improve sales techniques, identify coaching opportunities, and enhance team effectiveness.
Act as a hands-on leader and collaborative team player, working closely with SDR team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Drive data-driven outcomes, including improved cold call conversion rates, increased outbound-sourced revenue, and month-over-month growth in qualified meetings.
Requirements What we are looking for:
At least 3 years of experience managing outbound SDR teams.
Proven experience training and developing SDR teams, particularly in cold calling, lead generation, and multi-threading.
Demonstrated success in building and leading outbound sales.
Strong sales management and coaching skills, with experience developing soft skills for engaging decision-makers.
Background in people management, including experience launching and training first-time sales teams.
Industry experience in Fintech or Payments is a plus, but not required. Experience working with small and mid-sized businesses is preferred.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve conversion rates, lead generation efforts,
and pipeline creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work arrangement : This is a remote job in Latin America (LATAM).
Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Equipment: Provided by the company
Agreement: Individual Contractor (you will have to process your own taxes and other government-mandated benefits)

Requirements
Proven experience leading Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a senior level (Head of / Director / VP) in a scaling company, ideally B2B SaaS, FinTech, or merchant payments A track record of making a sales team more efficient: turning ad hoc selling into a repeatable, measurable operation Deep, hands-on CRM expertise: configuring a CRM to its full capability, not just administering it Strong experience building sales SOPs, playbooks, and process from the ground up Hands-on experience with automation to eliminate manual sales work (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native CRM workflows) Demonstrated ownership of pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and sales KPIs with measurable results Experience with quota and commission operations Experience managing and developing sales talent Strong executive communication: able to influence leadership and hold a sales team to process Sound judgment operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
