What will you do: Support the SAP implementation project in the Maintenance MRO Warehouse, ensuring accurate master data, inventory information, and material classifications. Collaborate with maintenance, purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to document and improve inventory management processes. Assist in data collection, cleansing, validation, and migration activities required for SAP deployment. Participate in inventory audits, cycle counts, and material standardization initiatives. Help develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials for SAP users. Monitor key warehouse performance indicators and generate reports to support decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful and timely SAP implementation. What qualifications will make you successful: ACTIVE student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Availability to complete an internship program on-site. Basic knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, maintenance operations, or supply chain processes. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP systems or SAP is a plus but not required. Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills. English proficiency is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
