As an Order Management Associate, you will play a key role in processing customer orders and supporting post-sales activities throughout the order lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are completed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and customers receive an exceptional experience after the sale.
What you will do:




Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from order intake through delivery.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain high quality standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all activities.
Monitor pending transactions, manage approvals, and escalate risks or delays when necessary.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing after-sales inquiries, resolving post-sales issues, and providing timely updates through resolution.
