ICON seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager for Latin American operations to oversee clinical trial planning, execution, and completion across multiple sites. The role involves budget management, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful trial delivery.
Responsibilities
Oversee clinical budget allocation and ensure efficient resource utilization
Develop monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight
Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates to optimize performance
Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities on schedule
Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans
Requirements
4+ years clinical trial management experience at CRO or pharmaceutical organization
Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
10+ years relevant clinical trial management experience
2+ years monitoring experience (preferred)
Experience with complex protocols including MASH/NASH or radiopharmaceutical programs (preferred)
Ability to manage competing priorities and develop team capability
Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required
