Amgen seeks a Medical Advisor for Bone Health in Mexico City to support patient-focused medical strategies, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves lifecycle management, regulatory collaboration, and scientific communications within the bone health therapeutic area.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute patient-focused medical strategies aligned with product lifecycle and integral brand strategy
Lead scientific engagement with healthcare stakeholders including opinion leaders, payers, and medical societies
Direct evidence generation strategies and oversee medical communications, publications, and educational activities
Collaborate with regulatory, safety, and cross-functional teams on risk management and label/policy strategies
Manage advisory boards, investigator-sponsored studies,



and medical grants within governance frameworks
Requirements
Master's degree in health-related field (MD, PharmD, RN, BSc, MSc equivalent) plus 2 years medical affairs experience, or bachelor's degree plus 4 years experience
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal
Experience in medical affairs, scientific affairs, or medical advisory roles in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of regulatory, reimbursement, and policy considerations in bone health or related areas
Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and develop scientific engagement strategies
