Responsibilities
Meet annual sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets for assigned territory and portfolio
Develop strategic territory and key account plans; manage full sales cycle from prospecting through post-sale support
Identify new business opportunities across customer segments including pharma, biotech, food, environmental, and academia
Build long-term relationships with technical, scientific, procurement, and executive stakeholders




Maintain active field presence with up to 80% travel within Mexico; coordinate demonstrations and customer evaluations
Requirements
Strong commercial experience in analytical instrumentation or scientific equipment sales
Technical knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry technologies and applications
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for capital equipment
Territory management and field sales experience with consistent travel capability
Consultative selling skills and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting practices
Fluency in Spanish and English (implied by Mexico City location)
