Responsibilities
Oversee functional, administrative, and financial aspects of assigned clinical trial studies
Support and coach data management teams to meet project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Serve as primary liaison between project team and clients
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies for deliverables and finances
Lead business development activities including bid preparation and client relationship management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
8+ years of experience in clinical data management or related field
Strong command of English language, written and verbal communication
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, general SOPs, and clinical trial processes
Project management skills including forecasting, budgeting, and risk mitigation
Ability to train, mentor, and supervise data management teams
Proficiency with computer programs and data management systems
